RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Thank you for choosing EF DanceShoes. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 15 days for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

 

Eligibility & Timeframes

 

Online Orders (Domestic): 15 days from delivery

In-Store/Event Orders (Domestic): 15 days from purchase

International Orders: Only in-person returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges by mail are not accepted.

Not Eligible: Customized, Made-to-Order, or Final Sale items

 

 

Return Conditions

 

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging

• Include order number and receipt

• Do not return used, dirty, or damaged items

 

 

Return Options (Domestic Orders Only)

 

Refund: 15% restocking fee; original shipping non-refundable

Store Credit: No restocking fee; original shipping non-refundable

Exchange: $7.99 handling + exchange shipping cost (click here to exchnage)

 

 

Return Process (Domestic Orders Only)

 

1. Action Required Within 15 Days

• In-Person: Return to store

• By Mail: Ship within 15 days, include tracking number (click here to purchase a Return Shipping Label)

• Ship to: EF DanceShoes, 600 Sylvan Ave, Suite 202, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632, USA

• Use USPS or FedEx; do not use UPS

2. Include receipt and order number

3. Items inspected within 2-4 business days; refund/store credit processed 2-4 days after approval

 

 

Cancellations

 

• Within 24 Hours (Unprocessed Orders): Full refund minus 4% processing fee

• After 24 Hours or Processed Orders: 15% cancellation fee
