If you choose the option “BRING BACK ON MY OWN(IN-PERSON)”, Please Use “Store Appointment” to make the appointment Or contact us to make the appointment.
 
• 【Exchange By Mail】
A. If you choose the option “PURCHASE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABELl” (We charge Flat Rate: Domestic $11.99 and INTERNATIONAL $41.99), the Pre-paid Shipping Label will be sent to your email within 24 hours after the order is received. Please print out the 1st page and put it on the returned package, drop off the package at your Local Post Office. 
B. If you choose the option “SHIP BACK ON MY OWN (USPS or FeDEx)”, please use POST OFFICE or FeDEx to mail the package and email us the TRACKING NUMBER. (DO NOT USE UPS, your package might be returned to sender ! )
* Please be advised that 2-Way Shipping fee is involved for an exchange order. Shipping Rate is provided by USPS. It varies based on the total weight and the distance of the receivers address.
