Please use this link to order a pre-paid return shipping label for the returned package. Your address will be used as the sender’s address.

    The Pre-Paid Shipping Label will be sent to your email once the order is completed, usually within 24 hours. Please print out the 1st page and put it on the returned package, you can drop off the package at your local post office.


    The return must be handled within the established period:

    • Online purchase: you have 15 days from the delivery date of your order.

    • Purchase at store or at an event: you have 15 days from the purchase date.

    • The items need to be in their original condition and package.

    • Customized Orders /Made To Order/Final Sale Items are not eligible for return/exchange.

    • If the shoes are not in its original condition, being used/dirty/not eligible for resell, we can not accept the return/exchange.
