1️⃣ Exchange Handling Fee:
$7.99 per pair (required for all exchanges)
2️⃣ Return Shipping (Customer → Us):
You have 2 options:
•Purchase our Flat Rate Return Label: $11.99 (US domestic)
OR
•Ship on your own using USPS or FedEx (you pay the carrier directly)
⚠ DO NOT USE UPS
UPS may require a signature. Our business hours are 1PM–6PM. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to sender.
Please do NOT use Direct Signature service.

An exchange involves shipping twice:
• You ship the shoes back
• We ship the new pair to you
